Hopefully one of you can help me find a supplier/manufacturer with
great pricing for a real estate brochure box (and stake) that we are
looking to resell.

The brochure box is composed of two parts (sticker on it says Made in China)
 1) the actual brochure box
 2) the metal stand which sticks into the grass

We know some of our competitors import them from china but we are not
sure from whom. They all carry this exact same product so they are not
getting them custom made either.

I'm guessing that our competitors pay between $4 and $6 dollars(big
range I know) per unit(box + stake). I already checked alibaba and
scoured the internet and the cheapest pricing I have found so far is
still too expensive.

My ideal answer(s):
List of companies offering the best pricing on this productand their
price (and any applicable quantity discounts)
