(1-4) series (on DVD)?
Cheapest - including shipment to Israel. 
 
BTW, this is an interesting experiment in eCommerce to out of USA
destinations.

Since you're in Israel, I assume you need it to be a region 2 DVD?
That probably means buying it from a European vendor rather than an
American one.

They do seem to have amazing prices. If the researcher of Google
doesn't come up with lower prices, I am sure going to use ezydvd, also

So the price of a single DVD is about 9.63 USD (without the GST tax
that you don't have to pay and not including shipping).

The total price for the four-pack, including shipping would be about
50.20 USD.
