Hi, According to MLB.COM opening day is March 31st. http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/schedule/mlb_schedule_offseason_2002.jsp#march All-Star game date is set for July 15th http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/cws/community/cws_community_asg2003.jsp. Besides buying seasons tickets for the White Soxs there is no information posted yet just for All-Star tickets. LR-ga | |

I thought that I'd be able to answer this question for you, but in checking my extensive baseball archives, I discovered that MLB didn't release its final schedule last year until Dec. 23. (You might recall that a Sunday-night opening game was scheduled late, involving the Cleveland Indians and Anaheim Angels. The Indians won the battle but the Angels are still standing . . .) I don't have a complete calendar of events, but: The 2003 All Star game is July 15, 2003 at Comiskey Park http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/cws/history/cws_history_allstargamelogo.jsp And I *believe* opening day is March 30th. This cached google page mentions it, as well as verifying the July 15th All-Star game: http://216.239.33.100/search?q=cache:uF40Hgc9DVMC:www.boston.com/dailynews/246/sports/Baseball_Calendar_:.shtml+%22opening+day%22+baseball+2003+%22march+30%22&hl=en&ie=UTF-8 |
