Would you be willing to do it all online (as long as it was free) vs.
filling out all the squares and creating everything by hand? I found a
site that still allows the creation of free office pools (any sporting
event), but am still searching for a site that demonstrates exactly
how to create your own specifically for the World Series.

Well, just like you, I can't seem to find hardly any mention of MLB
betting squares online. My guess is that it probably has to do with
the fact that baseball is broken down into so many innings and not
"quarters" as in football, hockey and basketball. My suggestion would
be to simply use one of the methods for setting up the squares for one
of the other sports listed on this page:

http://sportsgambling.about.com/cs/howto/

...and then adapt it to the MLB games you wish to run. You probably
won't want to payout every single inning or else your payouts will be
quite low (unless you can manage to sell all 100 squares for big $$).
You might just do small payouts on every other inning or select
innings and then a large payout based on the final score.

Here's a couple of other sites you can check out:

I didn't post this as an answer as it's not exactly what you were
wanting, but for $2.00, it was all I could really find. Either way,
the question is still open should someone else have more luck than I
did. Have fun with your office pools!

Sincerely,
PWizard-GA
