Hi. I am trying to get a loan using land as collatarel. I did this once before and used a bank in MS where the land is located. The amount of the loan was $11,000. An attorney employed with the bank did the title search on the land and I have the deed. I would like to borrow 20,000 or 25,000. I am having trouble this time finding a bank willing to do this. I may be looking in the wrong places but have thouroughly searched. There are no liens on the land and it is paid in full. Any help would be great! thanks, shannon |
