we need to conduct our own quantitative marketing research,and report
will answer the following issues:
1.use secondary data to prepare a brief background of the topic(1/2 to
1 page).include at least 2 articles you have found about the topic
from academic or peer reviewed journals you have read.these will
generally be titled journal of marketing research.journal of consumer
behaviour,etc.and can be found on search engines such as proquest and
ebsco using referred articles or peer reviewed as part of the search
criteria.
2.dicuss who will be interviewed for this research. define the target
market in operational terms.
3.identify the mdp and the mrp for the survey.
4.develop for research questions/objectives to address the mrp
5.give details of the research methodology used and justify why this
method was chosen rather than cati or another method.
you also should:
1.assess the suitability of the data collection method and
questionnaire chosen for the study.
2discuss your experiences and evaluate how well the data collection
instrutment(questionnaire)perform in the field.
3.incorporate an understanding of the errors related to fieldwork in
your report-which did you experience and which did you not experience?
3.discuss the sample you have taken(methodology,description,etc)can
the finding from this project be projected to the whole population of
interest?
4.how could the research process be improved?
provide well argued conclusions with realistic recommendations as to
how to improve the data collection process.
5.discuss the ethics of being an interviewer and the intervewing
responsibilities of a data collection company.
6.comment on the interviewing process.
7.make recommendations about the future research needs that could
follow as a resulut of this research.
