I asked a question titled "PERSONALS WEBSITES" under Business and
Money and I haven't received a single comment or an answer.I would be
interested in seeing what aspect of the question can be answered and
what most likely cannot, so I can see if I can live with less than
what I originally asked.

I took a look at the question, and here were my concerns.
1) the question seeks world-wide information, which could be very
difficult to confirm.
2) to the best of my knowledge, I can only think of maybe one American
site that has been sold, which makes me worry that the majority of
sites are still in the hands of their original owners.  Therefore, the
answer may not be very interesting.
3) the first two are the primary concerns, however, confirming the
best data back to 1998 could be error prone.

This may be a tough question to crack at any price.  From what I've
seen, you consistently offer fair prices, and I doubt that price is
the issue in this case.

It is possible the question is being worked on, it may just take a
while.

Like Snapanswer suggests, I found the question just too difficult to
answer with any defendable level of accuracy. Most of these
purchases/deals aren't going to have the details of them published.
Like any business purchased the details are only reported to those
that really need to know most of the time, and in a lot of cases, not
published in "public access" areas. Tracking down "all" would be hard
enough, but verifying all the data and details breaches the realm of
possibility for most resources.

Since you are offering good money for the report I didn't want to give
you less that was offered as the bid, and I certainly didn't want to
give you info I couldn't verify.
