Hi I always think that you should have a go yourself and save some money. However marble should be treated with respect when cleaning it. It is prone to damage if you use harsh chemicals on it. Try a little test area out of sight. Scrub with a paste of baking soda bicarbonate of soda), water and lemon juice. Rinse and dry. Baking soda has an abrasive action without scratching the surface. Ideal for marble. |

Tipking, why would one use a paste of bicarb and lemon juice? The citric acid would just neutralise the alkalinity of the bicarb. Maybe a bicarb and water paste, or just lemon juice. |
