none of the web sites you listed have real-time U.S. stocks trading in
Europe quotes. The euroinvestor site only has European stocks listed.
All the others are either delayed or U.S. stocks trading in the U.S.

I have been unable to verify that the European Investors'
quote-streaming service does not include US stocks trading on Foreign
Markets. Please give me a couple of examples of US stocks, and the
Foreign Market(s) on which they trade, so that I can assist you
further.

for an actual trading account. All you have to do is register. The
data is good and I use it all the time.
