I posted the following question before and one google researcher
commented but didn't answer. Therefore, I post it again and hope this
time I have google researcher (including omniscientbeing-ga, since
he/she said he/she would answer last time) to answer.

I am going to launch a new web service which targets independent web
designers and individuals who has HTML skills but lack of server side
programming skill. But those people has the needs to display database
data dynamically on the web. Could you pls advise me what are the
"marketing methods" and/or "marketing channels" to approach them?
