I decided to post the information I gathered without your
clarification, as I need to log out for the day, and didn't want my
research for you to go to waste. All the companies listed below claim
to offer U.S. nationwide or North American programs, rather than
simply city-specific. You should note, however, that my research
indicated that you're most likely to be chosen for one of these
programs if you live in or near a major metropolitan area.
Obviously, I'm assuming you're in North America. If you're not in
North America, there are also a few (much fewer) companies offering
similar programs in the United Kingdom. Please ask me for the United
Kingdom list through a request for clarification if that's what you
were looking for.
Here's a list of companies I found in the U.S./North America that will
pay drivers to place advertisements on their vehicles, with contact
information when available.
Ads On Wheels (http://www.adsonwheels.com). See

Based out of Manchester, NH with offices in North Carolina,
Washington, D.C., Virginia and Missouri. Site claims to "cover all
national markets." Site states, "We will pay drivers engaged in an
Auto Wrapping Program 30 days following the installation of the wrap.
Payment will be based on the program participation. Full wraps will
receive $450 per month, $25 per month for our window wraps. Subsequent
payments will be made on a monthly basis."

registration fee of $19.95". It's also worth noting that this is the
only company I found in my research that appears to charge such a fee.
