Thank you for your reply. I am interested in the influence of
cross-cultural comm in a business setting, example of setting a
business in a culture other than the usa. Also the social impact on
cross-cultural comm, example when people relocate to a different
country they are faced with cultural shock and language barriers.

Also this project is for school and i am finding it difficult to write
an introduction about cross-cultural commuincation.

There is a book aimed at individuals going to work abroad, from which
you can read excerpts at http://www.expatguide.info/index.html  The
site also includes a list of other relevant web resources.
