Independent schools can seek accreditation.  In order to do so, they
must conduct a self study of their school.  I am looking for
information on an independent school self study.

I have found three actual self study reports that might serve as
examples, though not from North Carolina, and quite a lot of other
information about the accreditation process. Is this the kind of thing
you are looking for? Of the three reports, one is high school only and
the other two are K-12.
