Who is Kirk Maltby's (Detroit Red Wings) agent?

Clarification of Question by holly1488-ga on 22 Oct 2002 10:44 PDT
The NHL is the National Hockey League. Kirk Maltby is #18 on the
Detroit Red Wings. He used to play for the Edmonton Oilers. My son
is writing a paper on sports agents. Kirk Maltby is his favorite
player and he would like to know who his agent is so he can include
him in his assignment.

Hi Holly1488,

Kirk Maltby's agent is Pat Morris, who also represents Darren McCarty
(of the Wings), Chris Pronger (of the Blues), and Steve Rucchin (of
the Mighty Ducks).

I called the Detroit Red Wing's public relations department
(1-313-396-7544) to find this information out. I hope it's useful for
your son's paper!

I also tried to find out what firm Pat Morris works with. When I did
a search for "Pat Morris hockey agency" I found that he is with
Newport Sports Management (the link is below). There's a short
biography of Morris at the "The Newport Team" link.

Here are the search terms I used:
"Pat Morris" or "Patrick Morris"
hockey
agent or agency
