In what ways is nationalism a gendered phenomenon? in context of
comparing nationalist movements and their experiences in those
movements.

Nationalism is gendered in that politics is largely a male domain, and
not too many women are in the army. This is just off the top of my
head - although I think I studied something similar in Anthrolopogy
once. I'm at uni now, and will have a look at my old course readers
when I get home.
