I am looking for a survey/report of Web site outsourcing costs. I am
interested in the prices charged for the management of database driven
Web sites (public sites, intranets, and extranets).

The report should include industry averages and standards, what
factors contribute to differences in cost within hosting provider and
between providers, and what those cost differences are. Cost benefit
analysis between in-house and outsourcing Web management would also be
helpful.

I know there are many research organizations like Gartner Group and
Jupiter -- if one of them have a report like this it would be helpful
to know what libraries in the DC area carry the report.

I am open to purchasing it -- but ideally I would like to review it
through an association or other institution library which I know it
sometimes an option.
