'With this acquisition, we are pretty much the online
defensive-driving provider for Texas," Bruce said. "We really only
have one other competitor at the moment, and they're based in
California. We are always looking at acquiring companies, both inside
Texas and other online educational courses outside the state.' "
The article goes on to mention the strict Texas Education Agency rules
with which the courses have to comply.
