The answer to your question is yes, there is a fresh fruit named
"Flavor King". I've found a Pluot/Aprium (a genetic cross between a
Plum and an Apricot) farmer who's named a speific fruit the "Flavor
King". Zaiger's Genetics is run by Floyd and Betty Zaiger along with
their daughter and a couple others on their farm. Zaiger's considers
themselves breeders and often find new and exciting fruit hybrids to
