I have found two web masters who do jobs for me on my web page.
Sometimes they are rather busy and I have more work to get done.

Their prices are really good. I live in Central Mexico and a local web
master wanted 10 times more than my workers for the same job. I want
to get in contact with a couple of web masters to do jobs for me and
my web site(s) might get a new one or two and who know English.
Spanish is no problem as most of my site work is in Spanish. I just
write the text in Spanish and they upload to the site.

How can I contact with individual web masters in India or Eastern
Europe?

Yes, I am just looking for day-to-day maintanence
and changes, updates. I am a one-man show and at 
present only have an emailing list of about 5,000
per month. My main market is the Spanish-speaking world.

I am expanding a little my English side of the same site
for some few English speaking contacts.
