<Great Britain
There are 116 casinos. Twenty-one casinos are located in London. The
rest are found in major cities and tourist areas. All of the casinos
are private clubs. Some are located in hotels but are run as separate
entities. However all of this could soon change as there are proposals
to increase the number of casinos in Britain with the relaxation of
gaming laws. Plans to introduce six casinos to Blackpool have been put
forward. Other seaside towns have also expressed an interest in
opening casinos including Brighton and Margate.
 
Ireland
There are no official casinos in Ireland but there are a few private
clubs in Dublin.

United States of America.
State Gaming Commissions control the casinos in the U.S. Individual
tribal councils control casinos on Indian reservations. The State
Gaming commissions are a good source for information as they often
carry out surveys about hotel occupancy and other related matters.

Las Vegas in Nevada is the main gaming resort with 46 casino hotels. A
publication called the Nevada Gaming Almanac lists details of the
number of rooms in individual hotels. In total Las Vegas has over
120,000 hotel rooms.

Atlantic City in New Jersey is also a major casino resort with 11,379
rooms.

Many more casino are situated on Native American Indian Reservations
There are 329 indian gaming operations in 29 states.

Another major gaming area is the Gulf Coast where there are 25 casino
hotels with 10,000 rooms.

Indiana has 8 casino hotels with 2290 rooms.

Connecticut – foxwoods – number of rooms 1419, number of suites 217.

Illinois – 9 casinos.

Clay county (Missouri) – 2 hotel casinos.

Puerto Rico 
The casino hotels in Puerto Rico have 6193 rooms.

Venezuala
There are plans to allow 5 casinos to open, each with 200 rooms giving
a total of 1000 rooms.
 
Continental Europe
Most countries in continental Europe have casinos. Most are individual
clubs without hotels. France has government controlled casinos in over
170 towns and cities. Spain has casinos in tourist destinations. In
the Netherlands a government company (Holland Casinos) operates
casinos in ten locations. Greece has nine private casinos which are
government allocated franchises. Germany has over 40 casinos. Belgium
has eight casinos in tourist locations, mainly along its coast with a
proposal to open a casino in Brussels.
 
The Rest of the World
 
Australia has fourteen casinos located in major cities and in Gold

franchises granted by the government. They are regulated by gaming
commissions.

Japan-1006 rooms.

Macau – approximately 5000 hotel rooms.

Malaysia – 1187 rooms.

South Korea – 13 casinos, 8 on the island of Jeju – see link for Asian

Canada has a mix of tourist and provincial casinos in over 25
locations. They are controlled by provincial gaming commissions.

South Africa currently has 24 casinos with licenses available for a
total of 40.  They are regulated by the South African National

Your bid might be a bit small for such a large area. Perhaps you could
start with a smaller area for that bid and see what the Researchers
will deliver. Something like a single country. In the US alone you are
looking at over 1k in Casino Hotels. California is 57. So writing all
these up for you is a bit much for the bid you are offering. The
information is available, certainly.
