In many counties throughout the state of Georgia in the USA,
ordinances and/or laws exist which prohibit, either explicitly, or
through indirect zoning allowances, the operation of "alternative
tobacco" stores, commonly known as "head shops". These are places of
business which often cater to marijuana smokers, sellings accessories
such as water pipes, rolling papers, etc; sometimes the same stores
also trade in sexual novelty items.
My question is this: Are the stores I describe outlawed, or de-facto
outlawed in Stockbridge, Georgia?
