I need 2-4 surveys that have statistics on how many small to medium
businesses have websites.  WEBSITES, not e-commerce stores, or what
not.  Just a website of any sort.

Under a 100 employees would be a decent measure of small to medium,
but I'm flexible.  I do not any Fortune 500 statistics or anything
like that.

I want this to be a fairly large survey.  I saw one that polled 400
executives, I'd like more than 400.  Again, I am a little flexible.

Must focus on US businesses.
