I purchased a R/C electric plane called the Swallow off a seller on
ebay:

On the box it says the company that manufactured it is "P&C".  I would
like to find the wholesaler or distributor so that my company can also
sell them!  If there is a webpage for P&C the manufacturer that is

Sure wish I could’ve helped you out here, but no luck in finding a
manufacturer or distributor for the Swallow line of R/C planes, so
will post a comment instead of an answer.

What I did find was a link to a page advertising a plane that seems to
be the same as the one described on the ebay link you provided: 
http://www.cvtrading.com/productsb.htm   There's also a 2-channel
"Swallow" in CV Trading Co.'s product list.  They're not strictly
wholesalers, but do boast lower than retail prices, so may be willing
to work with you on a volume order, and they also have an affiliate
program.  Check them out here: http://www.cvtrading.com/index2.htm

wholesaler and offer a R/C line with many manufacturers. They are
