Hello grinch,

The only translation or meaning I can find for this word is in a
document entitled "The Formation and Efficiency of Fiscal States in
Europe and Asia".

It's meaning is listed as "People's Land", and is of Korean origin.

The reference is made a few times, most prominently on page 6. At the
bottom of the page there is footnote annotating the translation, as
well as a few similar translations. 'Minjon' is referenced to a few
times throughout the resource.

If you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader (copyright Adobe Systems), you
can view a much easier to read version, although without the
highlighting :

You can download the Acrobat Reader for free if you need/want it :

Of further interest, Minjon is a type/breed of apples introduced in
1942 -enforcing the found meaning of 'People's Land'.

I hope this answers your question. Should you need further
clarification before rating this answer, I would be glad to help.
