Hello 76black-ga,

How would you define "executive development"? Does this include
training programs, and what else constitutes "development"? Who are
"executives", do you mean that in the general sense, or are there
specific titles who make up the "executives" in a company? Any more
information or synonyms would be most helpful. Thanks!

Executives; meaning, CEOs Directors heads of divisions of fortune 500
comapnies especially Hipos or "high potentials. Hewitt has some
programs for insdtance. I am trying to find out what companies spend
what on developing ( training and equipping their high flyers
especially on outside courses or programs. We are in that business and
could develop this as a market focus. I need to build a case so I need
$ spent on outside or tailor made programs for senior execs or high
flyers.
Development; training in leadership ( not technical or financial)
