Here is a current list of Cingular Wireless officers and managers,
along with work functions and biographies:

If you would like to know more about job titles and work functions
within Cingular, you might try a search of Cingular's job
opportunities. You can check on the categories you're interested in
order to obtain the company's description of functions and
qualifications associated with particular job titles. Of course,
Cingular is not hiring for all job titles, but this still might give
you a better sense of the company.

As you may know, Cingular Wireless is a joint venture between the
domestic wireless divisions of SBC and BellSouth. SBC owns 60 percent
of the company and BellSouth owns 40 percent.
"Company Overview"

So perhaps you might also be interested in the officers and managers
at SBC and BellSouth. For some reason, SBC's web site lists only the
CEO and Board of Directors, and not the other officers and managers.
However, BellSouth provides lists for both the Board of Directors and
the officers and managers.

If you need any further information, please let me know. I recognize
that you are under a time constraint, so I will respond as rapidly as
possible. I will probably be out for a few hours after I post this
message, but I'll be sure to check back on Google Answers as soon as I
get back.
Most important of all, good luck with your interview! I'll keep my
fingers crossed.

I have just discovered that while I was working on the answer, you
posted a clarification of the question. (A clarification does not
automatically appear on the researcher's screen. When I posted the
answer, it refreshed the screen and revealed the clarification.)
As I noted at the end of the answer, I am going to be leaving shortly
for a few hours. However, before I go, I will spend a several minutes
to see if I can find any additional information quickly. If not, I
will work on it more when I return.

I realize you went to alot of work to prepare your answer, but it does
not help me. Cingular, while born from SBC - Bellsouth, they are now a
stand alone org, in term of their resources, team and managment.
The names and resources you provided do not give me any more insight
than I have already received from going to these web pages. That why I
asked for org charts, from top leaders to managers. If you can help
with this level of detail, I am very interested.

I haven't found anything significant yet from browsing the current
Cingular, SBC, or BellSouth web sites, or the oldest versions of the
Cingular web site (archived at
http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.cingular.com ).
When I get back, I will start with searches on the wider Internet for
the people you have mentioned in your comment.
Incidentally, I wish you had waited to rate my answer until I had
finished responding to your clarifications to it. It was certainly
not strange that I came up with the links that I did in response to
your original question. Indeed, websearcher came up with the same
opening link, and presumably thought, like I did, that this was the
information you wanted. You would not have felt the need to post a
clarification and a clarifying comment if you had thought that the
question was complete to start with.
Well, anyway, I'll work just as hard on your request as if I had
received a 5-star rating. I will let you know what I find.

Sorry about the rating issue. This is the first time I've posted a
question on Google and after I posted my comment, it asked for a
rating. I should of waited until I gave you a chance to dig deeper.
Thanks for your help.

I literally just got back home now. I was at a car dealership for a
looooong time; if you've tried to buy a car, you'll know what I mean.
Anyway, I'll get to work now, and see what I come up with.

Unfortunately, after searching on many sources, I have not found
anything more interesting than an expanded list of directors and
executive officers.
"Cingular Wireless: Prospectus" [see pages 81-84, under heading
"Management: Executive Officers and Directors" (July 26, 2002)
Securities and Exchange Commission
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1130452/000095014402007768/g73685b3e424b3.txt
I wish I could have found more, but as you can see from the fact that
your $100 version of the question has so far gone unanswered,
information on management below the top level is hard to come by.
