Were there any meetings, workshops, seminars and/or conferences
dealing with Head Start, bilingual education and/or physical
disabilities in children or adults that were held in the Northern
Virginia/Baltimore/Washington DC area during any of July 12, 13, 14
and 15 -- 2000.  If so,  when and where?

Hi,
Head Start's 5th National Research Conference was held between June
28th 2000 and July 1st 2000 in Washington DC.
