Description:

Clindamycin hydrochloride is the hydrated hydrochloride salt of
clindamycin. Clindamycin is a semisynthetic antibiotic produced by a
7(S)-chloro-substitution of the 7(R)-hydroxyl group of the parent
compound lincomycin. Clindamycin hydrochloride capsules contain
clindamycin hydrochloride equivalent to 150 mg of clindamycin.
Inactive ingredients: corn starch, FD&C Blue No.1, FD&C Yellow No. 5,
gelatin, lactose, magnesium stearate, talc and titanium dioxide.

The chemical name for clindamycin hydrochloride is Methyl
7-chloro-6,7,8-trideoxy-6-(1
-methyl-trans-4-propyl-L-2-pyrrolidine-carboxamido)-1
-thio-L-threo-a-o-galacto-octopyranoside monohydrochloride.

I would be VERY careful trying to ID a pill online.  Some street
drugs,are imprinted with the same ID number as athe legit drug.  They
look the same, but that doesn't mean they are the same.

Try to ID a drug?  You might call the Poison Control in your city.
Check yello pages  for phone #.

With unknow pill, best to FLUSH it down toliet.

Hi I just wanted to add a comment..that pill identification was
correct a capsule and its clindamycin an antibiotic used to treat
teeth and bone infections mostly and a few other conditons the best
place to identify a pill is through the poision control website
