month. It may have all of the features you desire.

You can telenet to well.com and signup and have access today, or email
support @well.com for details on shell support.

I just messaged them and their reply is:

We turn them on after verifying a working phone number so yes,
register and then send email to helpdesk asking for a quick
activation.

Nice answer! On the offchance that the "uk" in surabayacuk means
United Kingdom, I just wanted to add two rather more local shell
providers, both of which I have personally used - having a local shell
provider makes a difference, especially on a modem connection.
