Okay, I am trying to find a watch. I purchased it at Target
in 1999. It was made by Utility. The hands stood still and
the face moved. They also made one that had huge red LED's on
it. They were very unique watches, and only cost 9 bucks. The
problems is, I lost mine, and want to replace it. Target doesn't
cary this any more. Any ideas as to who "utility" is? I can't
find them anywhere, on ebay, etc.

Utility is a private label brand for Target which means it was made
exclusively for Target by a watch mfr. Probably an import made in
China would be my guess.
