These regulation are needed for San Juan's international Airport in
Puerto Rico, we are a telecommunications consulting firm a we were
awarded with the complete telecommunications and security design for
the facilities. Puerto Rico is a US territory and we are american
citizens.

I am surprised that the airport's administration would not have given
you the documents containing their requirements when they awarded you
the contract. Surely they don't expect you to guess what sorts of
security arrangements they require?
You should be able to obtain a document specifying their needs from
them; you will need to request this from the airport person in charge
of the project.
In addition, information relating to the US Government's heightened
security standards is available on the Transportation Security
Administration's website at

Well it seems that i'll have to explain a little more here, as you may
know Puerto Rico is a US territory, but our atus quo are commonwealth.
So we have our own Goverment and regulations locally, constitution
etc., because of that we have to prepare a plan for the Puerto Rico's
Port Authority based in federal regulations, hey I already have the 14
CFR part 107, 47 CFR "Telecommunications", I need to know if there any
specific guide (Made By US goverment) to design the phisical location
of cameras, security devices etc. or i will have to follow normal
electronics surveillance procedures.
If you need me to be more specific please let me know.
