I am trying to find a site that tells us what convicts are doing now?
Finished school, fights, visitors, etc. Are those sites available?

primadonna,

Are you seeking information for convicts currently in prison, out on
parole, or whose sentences have been served and completed?

I believe the government would still consider the names of the people
who have visited a convict to be private, protected information, if
for no other reason than to protect the privacy and civil rights of
the visitors. It is likely that only law enforcement officials would
be able to obtain that information.

I am just interested in the convicts that are still in jail. After
reading many anne rule books, I became interested in knowing if they
continued school, died or if any family members visit them. I am not
interested in knowing the names of people visiting or of convicts
already released. Thank you.

In the state of Michigan, there is a free on-line database that
provides a lot information on current prisoners. I don't believe the
state of Michigan provides information on what people who are patroled
as I don't think that is part of the public record. Here is the
information for the state of Michigan. In case you are located there
and are interested.

http://www.state.mi.us/mdoc/asp/otis2.html

This site provides Internet users with information about offenders in
Michigan.

The Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS) contains information
about more than 263,000 prisoners and parolees who are, or were under
the supervision of the Michigan Department of Corrections.

OTIS does NOT contain:

Information that is exempt under the Michigan Freedom Of Information
Act.

Information about anyone who has been arrested and convicted but not
yet sentenced.

Information about prisoners in county jails or city lock-ups, or about
offenders who were sentenced to jail only. Jails are operated by
counties. State prisons are operated by the Michigan Department of
Corrections.

Photographs of offenders who left the system before electronic
photographs were taken or who are in the system but have not yet been
taken.

Photographs of probationers.
