jk123, Unfortunately, it does not appear that there is a great deal of detailed information online regarding the Galicians who were exiled to Siberia in WWI. However, a very interesting first-person memoir by a Dr. Michael Volodymyr Skoryk, a Ukrainian from Galicia who was exiled to Siberia during World War I has been published by on the web by his son George at: http://members.ozemail.com.au/~retengnr/m_v_skormem.html Mr. Skoryk has a link on that page which you can use to e-mail him. Perhaps he can point you to more resources regarding this subject. Before posting a rating for my answer, if you need additional information, please post a Request for Clarification, and I will be glad to see what I can do for you. Regards, aceresearcher | |
