I am interested in learning what changes have occurred with any
Federal or State statutes, regulations, administrative rules,
presidential proclamations, etc. concerning the transfer of funds
internationally since September 11, 2001.  Specifically, I am wanting
to know how international students may be impacted when transfering
monies to the U.S. for attending colleges and universities.  Thank you
