I am trying to find web based access for RESPORG database answers.  I
am in the phone industry, selling 800 services, and I am trying to
access some web interface, either free or for pay.  RESPORG service
queries identify the managing phone company behind any existing 800#.
I am looking for a web based resource that is either free or for fee
that I can gain access to this type of info.

You can become a RespOrg and have that information yourself since you
sell 800 services.  For information on becoming a RespOrg, visit
http://www.sms800.com and click on the link labeled "Becomng a
RespOrg".
