Hello;
I am unable to access the information for you so I will put this in
the comment section. The way to obtain this type of information is
with a persons vital records, i.e., birth, death, marriage or death
records. Also if the person has a SSN you can access a great deal of
information through the Social Security Administration. I found a
Lawrence Cuthbert born on June 20, 1889 in New York State and died in
March of 1965 in New York State, ssn# 079-05-5396. You can order a
copy of the application form for a social security number which should
have both parents full names and the birth place of the individual,
with marriage or divorce dates on it. One web site that allows you to
order the ssn# through it is www.ancestry.com. Click on the death
index heading, enter the name of the person you are looking for and
follow the instructions, there is a fee for this service. The address
to order vital records from the state of New York is: Certification
Unit, Vital Records Section, PO Box 2602, Albany, NY 12220-2602,
telephone: 518-474-3075. They have vital records to 1880. Call
before submitting a request as there is a fee.

Good luck!!
Rinn
