Hello diva1-ga,
Im afraid that the local Amazon sites do not have such as
sophisticated arrangement as the Advantage system on Amazon.com. Here
is the information I have found about how to sell CDs through Amazon
in other countries:
Amazon.co.uk To get into the catalogue, the title must be listed in
Pinnacle/Windsong and must have a bar code
Content refers to the information on an Amazon.co.uk Detail Page
beyond the basic bibliographic information. As a label/artist you have
the opportunity to hand-sell your music title to customers by adding
content such as a compelling description, tracklistings, rave reviews
and more. Coverscans, an artist interview and tracklistings are also
great ways to add content to your page. For more information see
Enhancing your Listings Detail Page by Adding Persuasive Content
section of our Catalogue Guide. However, these remain
special-order items with a delivery time of 4-6 weeks.

Germany: Amazon.de According to information on the web site, the
easiest way to be listed in the catalog is to have your titles listed
with a system such as PhonoNet or Cashkit Media Pool. A contact
telephone number to find out more about these is supplied: 02845 / 29
12 0 (presumably a German number). To find out about the
possibilities of listing a title directly with Amazon.de, you need to
subscribe to their mailing list, by sending an e-mail to
majordomo@amazon.de with "subscribe de-musik-info" in the message
body.

Again, you have the possibly to add content to the basic
bibliographical description provided by Amazon.
PhonoNet is at http://phononet.de/ info@phononet.de
Cashkit is at http://www.cashkit.de/ On the web site, click on
Produkte in order to get to a link for Media Pool
Amazon.fr (France) and Amazon.ca (Canada) do not have any information
at all about selling new (or secondhand) items through their sites.
However, the Canadian site is served through the US site according to
information at http://www.ecommercetimes.com/perl/story/9407.html#story-start
Amazon France claims that its catalog includes records for 300,000
music titles imported from UK and USA. It is possible, therefore,
that it includes the catalog contents from the US and UK Amazon sites.
