I don't know if you still need an answer to this question, but if you
do, I'd like to suggest that you resubmit it as several questions.

Each of the twelve questions that you've incorporated in this one
request is a  major research problem and it would be a very brave
researcher who would attempt to answer every aspect of this in one
response.

Perhaps you could cull out a couple of the more important and related
questions and restate the topic with only those requests?
