Yes,Major brand tires: Bridgestone/firestone, Michelin, goodyear
manufeactured for European market, able to export to United States.  
I know Belgiun has a wholesale export market working right now.

Again, just to make sure: you mean commercial truck tires manufactured
*in* Europe, right?  And the answer should exclude tires for cars,
tractors, and other vehicles, but should include tires for all kinds
of trucks, right?
