Amendment A is on the South Dakota ballot to be voted on Nov.5. The amendmant changes the wording of the South Dakota constitution in regards to the rights of the accused in a criminal prosecution. According to the information phamplet (http://www.commonsensejustice.us/pamphlet.htm) distributed by Amendment A proponents, who I am one, there supposedly was a couple in Pierre, SD who were convicted of child pornograpy for trying to have pictures developed of their own toddlers in a bathtub. The opponents of Amendment A claim this case never occured. If this case did in fact happen what are the details of this case? | |

I did quite a bit of searching also. The only references I find to this case are where it is mentioned as being part of the Amendment A argument itself. On the plus side, I also did some checking on the urban legend sites and your story does not appear as a known myth. |
