Greetings! Using the search for the term "popular names" coupled with
Micronesia, I discovered a web site called Onomastix
(http://www.onomastix.com/topnames/). The site name is taken from the
word onomastics, the scientific study of names.
From Onomastix: "Want to know what names are like in other countries?
Search our Name Data Archive to see popular names from any country you
select."
When you visit http://www.onomastix.com/topnames/ you will see a
drop-down box from which you may choose Micronesia (and many, many
other locations!). There are distinctions in the search for gender
and you may also choose to search given names or surnames in each
gender.
I conducted the searches for you in all combinations and here are the

There was no choice for Pohnpei, just the general Micronesia.
A search using the terms Pohnpei, genealogy, and Micronesia returned a
promising site "Helm's Geneaology Toolbox" at
http://www.genealogytoolbox.com/MicronesiaFederatedStates.html with a
few links to Micronesian sources.
Also, RootsWeb offers a message board for genealogy for Micronesia at
http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec?htx=board&r=rw&p=localities.oceania.micronesia.general.
You may want to participate on the board and discover more choices in
