This can't really be regarded as an answer but it may help.
Please bear with me. This gets tortuous...
I couldn't find a listing for the song by Curtis Mayfield so I
searched within Gracenote for which albums it could be on.

I noticed that a couple of Curtis Mayfield's albums are downloadable
at eMusic.com, for which I already have an account, so I checked there
to see if this song was available.
It isn't available by Curtis Mayfield himself but a cover version of
it is, by John Trubee & The Ugly Janitors of America. Please note that
there are some highly dubious song titles on this album.

I searched within Google to make sure that this was the same song, and
according to the following site it is:
United Mutations

So I downloaded it and attempted a transcription as follows. Where
I've put an ellipsis (...) I'm unable to transcribe the words.
---
Queen Majesty, may I speak truly?
So much I've held on to speak to you.
Truth for you, queen,
I'm not of your society,
I'm not a king, just a minstrel.
In my song ...
Oh just a minstrel,
In life we're so far apart.
Royal Queen, I see right in your heart.
I love you so, Your Majesty.
Is this really true, these things I ask of you, Your Majesty,
Would you really care for me?
Minstrel and Queen,
A Queen with no King.
I'm a minstrel so poor
But could this really be anything
As long as you love me?
And it won't be so hard
As long as I see you right in your heart.
I love you so, Your Majesty.
Minstrel and queen,
For you I'd do anything.
Hope that helps,
