A Spanish-speaking friend of mine received a video from Venezuela for
his children of 'El Club De Los Tigritos'. In one sketch Melissa Dos
Santos sings a song identified as being by Yuri. He believes that to
be a Mexican singer called Yuridia something, but doesn't know what
the song is - baila (dance) is frequent in the lyrics though.

The singer is Yuridia Valenzuela Canseco, known as "The Mexican
Madonna."

Here is a list of some of her albums:

Refrains containing repetitions of the word "baila" are very common in
Spanish songs, and without further clues it will be difficult to
determine for certain which song was on your friend's video. It is
possible that Yuri did not write the song, but is credited as an
arranger (one of her many skills.)

There is an audio clip of a very popular song entitled "Baila, Baila"
here, as performed by the Puerto Rican pop star Chayanne:

I hope this helps a little. I wish I could be of more assistance, but
I can't post an answer with any certainty without having a bit more
information about the song.

Unfortunately my own Spanish is not very good - about the only thing I
can say is that the song is at least 5 or 6 years old since the TV
show isn't made these days. Its quite an upbeat 'poppy' song with a
good rhythm, but a look at Yuri's albums available at Amazon didn't
find it among the free snippets to listen to from any of them.

The song on the link in the Request for Clarification is not related
to this. I suppose I could give some comments on what some of the
lyrics sound like to my non-Spanish ears - there's a moment where it
sounds a bit like (phonetically spelling this) 'yessy posseebla', I
assume the latter to be tjhe pronunciation of 'possible' but don't
know. 'Baila baila' also gets sung in different refrains, and possibly
other variants with baila.
