The display screen of my Toshiba Satellite 4100 XDVD has cracked. I am
looking to buy ( very cheaply ) a non functional Toshiba Satellite
4100 XDVD whose screen I can use on my machine. Where specifically
could I get such a deal or who could give me such a deal. Need contact
information ( email, phone etc ) and estimated cost.

Hi aarogya,

You didn't mention cost, have you considered
just getting a used Toshiba 4100 that is in
working condition and then selling yours to
offset the cost?

A used 4100 XDVD is still too expensive.

Like I mentioned in my question, a non functional 4100 XDVD might be a
very inexpensive option. The only use I would have for it is its
functional display screen.

If a used 4100 XDVD sells for abt. $400 I could what I am looking for
at much less.

I have found a LCD replacement for your computer. It is on sale for
$445. This is only the screen, and it does have the rest of the
laptop.

It says that it fits the Toshiba 2595 XDVD and on this site:

It says that a 2595 XDVD fits a 4100 XDVD.
