I can give you code to do this in C, or give an explanation of the the
API calls you need to make in order to accomplish this task. Would
either of these be sufficient?

Is it a Windows 2000 AD domain or a Windows NT domain?

I would prefer NOT C. I want to be able to see what object you
accessed and duplicate it in the future if I need to. I have been
able to ENABLE a user just not been able to lock or unlock a user. I
would like to have the finished product in a web based format
(eventuallY) so I can just log on in the morning and check the users
that locked them selves out over the night.

Thanks for your assistance so far!

If the API was usable in VB and I understood how to lock or unlock a
user at will, yes an API would do!
