Hi sknnypup,
Do you want a Researcher to show you job-hunting tools specific to
your situation? Or to use such tools to find you an appropriate job
opportunity? If the latter, perhaps you should outline your
qualifications and/or experience.
Thanks,
Araminty

I am currently an Deskside Service and Support Manager. I fix
computers, our network, our phones, etc.... for a 4,000 employee
global company. It is zapping my creative juices. I feel liek I need
a bit more freedom with my career, ie. painting, writing books/plays,
playing music... or at least lending my creativity to a production
company, tv studio, film director, marketing agency, etc.... And I
wouldn't mind doing IT for a creative place as well. IT usually does
get paid more...
I am plenty qualified for a creative job. I have been a musician for
over 15 years. I have always excelled in art and ideas. I have an
unlimited imagination when it comes to a collaboration.
I do not have a formal resume that addresses these talents as of yet.
Most of my resumes have been geared toward the IT industry. I am
working on putting together a actor/musician/artist resume soon.
The answer to this question will not easily be solved.

To clarify your question even more... I do know how to use the
job-search tools. Most of the tools I find, however, are IT related
tools. Very few entertainment industry related tools.
Either show me tools that will be successful in finding such a
creative job, or find the job for me.

Wondering.... What experience do you have, if any, with the entertainment industry?
