Hi, Mikeforprofit !

With the help of Cassell's Latin Dictionary Schools edition 1957:

What did I do? -

Quid feci?

What did I accomplish? - EITHER

Quid confeci? (Meaning to accomplish in the sense of to make ready, to
bring about)

OR

Quid perfeci? (Meaning to accomplish in the sense of to complete, to
live through, to conduct to a close)

Cheers.
