I need current and valid comparisons of 60% to 95% (w/w) of ethanol(ethyl alcohol) versus isapropanol(isapropal alcohol) when used to kill bacteria(what spectrum of bacteria and percentages of bacteria to viruses), viruses(what spectrum of viruses and again percentages),spores and fungi. I need a comparison not written in the new guidelines for hand washing just released by the CDC 10-25-02. |

Hi, The restriction that the comparison be one not included in the latest guidelines knocks out anything I can come up with. Hope someone else has better luck! bcguide-ga |
