I am interested in purchasing real estate in Toronto (either
residential or commercial). I would like to purchase in an area that
will be developed down the road, so that the price of the property
will increase. Are there any areas that the city of Toronto plans to
develop, or that companies plan to develop? I am looking for
information that isn't really well-known (maybe tucked away in some
official report or in some corporation's annual report).
