I support a personal job search services firm. 
I need to come up with some more statistics and sources, such as:
> Only 5% of the jobs in the job boards are actual open positions
 (Harvard Business Review, Sept. 2002)
> For each posting on Monster.com, an average of 4000 resumes is
received     (Monster.com, Oct. 2002)
> 66% of all jobs are not advertised (Wall Street Employment
Review, July 2002)
Please document sources and provide supporting URL.  Need by this
